Hastelloy instrumentation tubing primarily consists of nickel (50% min), with high levels of molybdenum (15-30%) and chromium (14-22%), along with smaller amounts of tungsten, iron, and cobalt. Mechanical properties include high tensile strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and good workability at elevated temperatures.
