Stainless Steel 309 tubing is composed of 23% chromium and 13% nickel, with small amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon. It offers superior oxidation resistance up to 1000°C and excellent corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 620 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, and elongation of 40%. Its advantages include high heat resistance, durability, and low maintenance, making it ideal for high-temperature applications such as furnace components, heat exchangers, and petrochemical equipment. It’s also known for its excellent weldability and formability.
