Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Tubing is composed of iron, 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and titanium (0.4-0.7%), which improves its high-temperature stability. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 515 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 205 MPa, along with excellent ductility. The titanium addition prevents carbide precipitation during welding, offering enhanced corrosion resistance in high-temperature applications.
