Super duplex steel boiler tubing is made of chromium (25-30%), nickel (6-8%), and molybdenum (3-4%), which provide exceptional corrosion resistance and high strength In its mechanical properties 800-1000 MPa tensile strength, 550-750 Dual-phase microstructure with MPA yield strength, good elongation of 25-30% for outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. Advantages include excellent strength in high-pressure and high-temperature environments excellent thermal conductivity, and strong chemical resistance making it ideal for power plants, chemical manufacturing , and other complex components used in boilers.
